Суд заявил, что Путин и Львова-Белова «предположительно, несут ответственность за военное преступление, которое заключается в незаконной депортации населения (детей) с оккупированных территорий Украины в РФ».
Россия не признает юрисдикцию суда и любые решения являются с точки зрения права ничтожными, заявил пресс-секретарь президента РФ Дмитрий Песков.
«Нет необходимости объяснять, где следует воспользоваться этим документом», — так прокомментировал решение МУС Дмитрий Медведев в своем Twitter.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
