В Хабаровске состоялся митинг-концерт #МЫВМЕСТЕ

Участие в нем приняли 4680 человек.

– После нашего спасения, нас встретили в Хабаровске как родных и окружили теплом и заботой. А сегодня, после референдумов, я счастлива, что вернулась домой – в Россию, вместе с жителями ЛНР, ДНР, Херсона и Запорожья, – поделилась с жителями бывшая жительница Мариуполя Любовь Юнькова.

4 октября она уже получает российский паспорт.

На митинг-концерте также было объявлено о запуске Общероссийским народным фронтом проекта "ВСЕ ДЛЯ ПОБЕДЫ!". Приняв в нем участие, все желающие могут поддержать российских военнослужащих. Информация о том, как перечислить деньги, где принимают вещи и что требуется бойцам, размещена на портале.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
