С целью снижения высокой стоимости энергоснабжения ИТТ рекомендовали профильным ведомствам разработать комплексные программы развития локальной инженерной инфраструктуры (электро-, тепло-, водоснабжение, энергосбережение) для труднодоступных населенных пунктов и разработать меры по совершенствованию нормативного правового регулирования данных программ.
