Пока Андрей Чибис хвалится тем, что уделяет много внимания благоустройству, в Мурманской области объекты отдыха начинают разваливаться.
Так, например, после зимы сильно пострадала новая набережная у реки Нива в Кандалакше. Уложенная в 2020 году плитка на территории причала не выдержалаиспытания снегом. Практически везде покрытие просто провалилось под землю.
А ведь набережная появилась относительно недавно. На ее благоустройство потратили 60 млн рублей. Но часть денежек все же утекла вместе со снегом.
Примечательно, что на видео, которым поделились жители, есть хештег известного лозунга Андрея Чибиса «На Севере — Жить». Зато теперь сразу видно результаты работы главы Заполярья.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
