Депутат Совета Сыктывдинского района Алексей Паршуков был признан виновным в получении взятки в крупном размере.
Паршуков предложил гражданину передать ему взятку в размере 500 тысяч рублей за содействие в предоставлении коммерческой организации участка недр местного значения для разработки и добычи песка. Впоследствии депутат получил от этого лица 250 тысяч рублей в качестве первой части взятки. Вторую часть денег Паршуков получил позже, после чего был задержан сотрудниками правоохранительных органов.
Суд приговорил Алексея Паршукова к штрафу в размере 2,1 миллиона рублей в доход государства.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
