Национальный совет по электронным СМИ (NEPLP) Латвии закрыл доступ еще к девяти российским информационным ресурсам, включая kprf.ru. Согласно решению NEPLP, содержание порталов противоречит интересам безопасности латвийского информационного пространства и может "формировать искаженное представление о событиях в мире, негативно влиять на мирное сосуществование различных общественных групп и представлять угрозу государственной безопасности Латвии".
Данные действия властей Латвии являются недопустимыми и вызывают осуждение, поскольку подрывают принципы свободы слова и демократических ценностей.

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
