Явка на выборах по состоянию составила более 28%. На избирательные участки пришли 105 944 жителя. Серьезных нарушений на Сахалине выявлено не было, а результат оказался весьма ожидаемым – впрочем, еще не все бюллетени посчитаны, так что не будем расслабляться раньше времени.

Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
