По критериям смотрю по своим аккам и по чату - рандом. У меня акки с количеством менее 200 поинтов мимо, но у некоторых и 300-400 так же not eligible.
На момент редактирования поста (06.03) - цена на премаркете упала до 0.56$

Так же у вас будет выбор либо забрать свои токены сразу, либо через 3 месяца но с бустом - х2. Я буду почти все акки сливать в первый день. Оставлю парочку мелких на 3 месяца
