🔹Для зміни / оформлення стипендіальної картки потрібно: • Звернутись до одного із вказаних банків (+Монобанк). • Після оформлення картки заповнити заяву (розділ Стипендіальне забезпечення, заява на заміну/оформлення) та занести особисто до кімнати 207/4 1-го корпусу, або надіслати заяву підписану КЕП (ЕЦП) на електронну адресу до бухгалтерії КПІ. • У разі, коли закінчився термін дії картки (подовжується термін картки і рахунок не змінюється) – заява не потрібна.
