Фракция КПРФ Заксобрания предложила снять вопросы о муниципальной реформе с рассмотрения сессии и перенести их на 29 мая.
Александр Ратахин: «Мы не должны повторять чужие ошибки, а учитывать специфику муниципалитетов. Я думаю, товарищи меня поддерживают. Мы должны дать дать право муниципальным образованиям края самим решить, какую форму самоуправления избрать».
Предложение депутата Ратахина большинством голосов отклонили.
