Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
