Любопытно, что буквально в получасе езды от ресторана находится его экспериментальный огород, который бережно восстанавливают с 2017 года.
Здесь в XVIII веке Болотов впервые вырастил салатные и многие другие овощные культуры. Можно сказать, место сыграло немаловажную роль в формировании наших с вами пищевых привычек!
Сейчас можно прогуляться по уютной территории, поизучать огород и зайти на экскурсию в дом-музей.
