Ещё бы депутатов кто-нибудь обязал бы отчитываться перед избирателями, а что они конкретно сделали? Возложили цветы, сфотографировались на субботниках, поучаствовали в спортивном мероприятии, сидя на трибуне, пообщались с жителями и тд… И желательно тоже с фотографиями.
