«В ходе следствия было установлено, что между фигурантом и ранее незнакомыми двумя посетителями 21 и 25 лет произошел конфликт. Молодые люди отдыхали в заведении и познакомились там с девушками. После завершения вечера они все вместе пошли на остановку, где и произошла стрельба — хулигану не понравилось, что на его знакомую обратил внимание кто-то еще и он решил таким образом припугнуть своих недоброжелателей», — рассказали в ГУ МВД.
Суд признал 27-летнего жителя Красноярска виновным в хулиганстве и назначил 1 год 6 месяцев исправительных работ с удержанием 10% зарплаты.
