Оказывается, представители института из Санкт-Петербурга, разрабатывавшие нам новый генплан, ни разу не почтили наш город своим визитом! Всё делали по Гугл картам и топосъемке.
Зато счет вышел на кругленькую сумму - 357.000.000₽ (200 млн. взяли в 2019 году и еще 157 млн. попросили в 2024)!
Кажется, у нас появится новый мем: «Генплан по-питерски»!
