Запрет экспорта нефтепродуктов, которую предлагает министр, конечно спасет ситуацию, но нефть в нашей стране главный источник наполнения бюджета. Получается, что перед правительством сложная задача: без ГСМ урожай не соберем и может начаться голод; если запретим экспорт нефти, урожай спасем, но у пенсионеров может не оказаться денег чтобы прокормиться, в итоге, опять голод.
На самом деле, топливо в стране есть, но оно нужно для танков, кораблей, самолетов и другой военной техники... Видимо придется голодать. Это как в старом анекдоте: "Папа, водка подорожала! Теперь ты будешь меньше пить? - Нет сынок, теперь ты будешь меньше есть!
