Только говорить об этом нет смысла, потому что горизонт планирования у населения сократился до пары недель. Каждый день то взрыв НПЗ, то крушение самолёта, то очередная идиотская мера по стимулированию рождаемости. Боишься думать, что будет завтра.
Потому и обещания Путина особенного впечатления не произвели. Их же воплотят только к 2030-му году.
