Учебник ОБЖ для 9 класса с оправданием насильников попал в школы Ростова-на-Дону, Волгодонска и Тамбова. В разделе «Безопасное поведение девушек» говорится, что жертва часто сама становится причиной насилия:
Многие конфликты и нападения происходят по вине самой жертвы, которая показывает всем своим видом, что она либо «созрела», либо податлива, либо беззащитна. Старайтесь не выделяться среди окружающих излишней экстравагантностью, яркой и необычной внешностью.
Кто внедряет идеи виктимблейминга в юные умы? Напомним, что именно РПЦ последовательно выступает против закона о домашнем насилии: Гундяев лично просил Путина снять законопроект с рассмотрения. Причина: дабы не выносить сор из избы. Также в РПЦ считают аборт худшим злом, чем изнасилование, и призывают от насильника рожать.

Не ходи накрашенная – не провоцируй маньяка. Изнасиловали – сама виновата. Залетела от насильника – рожай.
