«Чего мы, безусловно, не можем сделать, так это предоставить Путину право вето в отношении архитектуры безопасности, которая будет регулировать этот мир».
Великобритания и Франция уже разработали план: сначала – перемирие в воздухе, на море и в энергетической сфере, затем – ввод миротворческого контингента.
Европа всё активнее берёт на себя ответственность за безопасность Украины, и этот процесс уже невозможно остановить.
