Семья подала иск в Нагатинский районный суд.
«В войсковой части мне сказали, что они ждут ходатайство военного комиссара для отзыва Никиты с СВО, но эту бумагу военкомат им не высылает, сегодня ровно два месяца, как моего мужа увезли из военкомата», - говорит Анастасия.
