В ГД повышение цен на электроэнергию объясняют тем, что до 2042 года требуется более 40 трлн рублей на строительство и ремонт объектов генерации электричества. На развитие электросетевого хозяйства — еще 16 трлн рублей.
Недофинансирование энергетики было связано с ее оторванностью от рынка, считают эксперты.
