Went to the shop to buy my grandma some milk, tripped over a paving stone and in the one second I had before I hit the floor my brain decided not to let go of the milk so I fell on to my elbow. My glasses flew off my head. I tried to reach for them but couldn’t pick my arm up off the floor. A lady came over to help me. Felt like I was gonna faint or be sick. Went to hospital. Long story short, I’ve broken my elbow and I’ve got to have surgery. Moral of the story: Grandma Towler can go get her own milk in future 😁 How’s your day going?

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled.
