Есть еще предварительные меры, но там значения в пределах погрешности.
Я это о чем - в целях обсуждения аргумента о том qui bono в итоге залоговый приоритет из ареста, хотелось бы посмотреть статистику ФНС по поводу наложения ареста на имущество налогоплательщика, увы, она не так доступна, как судебная.
