Участники рынка тенденцию к резкому снижению числа одобрений подтвердили и объяснили: причина — в жесткой политике ЦБ. Рост отказов спасет одних граждан от долговой ямы, но других подтолкнет идти в МФО, где проценты гораздо выше, или даже к нелегальным кредиторам, опасаются эксперты.
