Средняя зарплата учителя на одной ставке, предусматривающей 18 рабочих часов в неделю, с учётом федеральной выплаты за классное руководство составила по итогам 2024 года 37 318 рублей.
В Минобре региона пояснили, что если преподаватель берёт 1.8 ставки, зарплата с учётом доплаты за классное руководство составит 53 822 рублей. При работе с сиротам предусмотрен повышающий коэффициент 20%, при работе в селе – 25%.
По данным Кемеровостата, в 2024 году средняя зарплата в Кузбассе составляла 77 582 рубля, а в декабре – 101 287 рублей.
Согласно майским указам Путина от 2012 года, зарплаты школьных учителей, педагогов детских садов, преподавателей колледжей и работников учреждений культуры должны доходить до 100% средней зарплаты по региону.
