Объявлены предварительные результаты выборов президента Абхазии. Явка избирателей составила почти 69%, это 99 тысяч человек.
ЦИК озвучил предварительные итоги:
Адгур Ардзинба — 36,9%
Роберт Аршба — 7,54%
Олег Барциц — 4,04%
Бадра Гунба — 46,38%
Адгур Хурхумал — 0,97%
Второй тур президентских выборов в Абхазии, предварительно, назначен на 1 марта.
Ни один из кандидатов не преодолел порог в 50% голосов плюс один голос. Во втором туре примут участие Бадра Гунба и Адгур Ардзинба. Тогда избранным станет кандидат, который набрал больше голосов, чем его соперник. Выборы признаются состоявшимися, если в голосовании участвуют не менее 25% избирателей.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
