Но они прекратили это делать и тогда вопрос Грузии передали ЕС. А у ЕС нет своих спецслужб и поэтому дело с отрывом Грузии от России идёт дипломатически и сложно. А во Франции и Британии мощные спецслужбы и они работают эффективно.
