Тут нам прислали интересный инсайд: Группа компаний "Альфа" (она же Делко - это всё один холдинг) начала распродавать технические центры, ранее выкупленные у Scania Русь.
На Авито уже появилось объявление о продаже техцентра в Ногинске площадью 28 217 кв.м. Ценник не детский: свыше1.2 млрд руб. Аналогичное объявление есть и по центру в Голицыно.
👀 Интересно, что именно эти активы компания получила после ухода Scania с российского рынка. В декабре 2022 года активы российской "дочки" Scania были переданы ООО "Альфаскан",, совладельцами которого являются АО "Альфа Групп" (99%) и предприниматель Радик Гарифьянов (1%).
Похоже, что компания пытается срочно найти деньги, распродавая ключевые активы. И это при том, что уже была проведена масштабная оптимизация и сокращение зарплат водителям (о чем мы писали ранее).
Нам кажется, или у оранжевых серьезные финансовые трудности? 🤔
