🔹دستگاه امنیتی در هر نظام سیاسی دو وظیفه‌ی اصلی دارد:
1️⃣ حفظ ظاهر و پوسته‌ی امنیت: یعنی مردم، سرزمین، مرزها، نهادها و ساختارها. 2️⃣ حفظ عمق سیاست و عمق راهبردی: یعنی مبانی اعتقادی، جهان‌بینی، ارزش‌ها و هویت اصلی نظام.
اگر وظیفه‌ی دوم به درستی انجام نشود، انجام وظیفه‌ی اول هیچ ارزشی نخواهد داشت.
✅ یک نظام سیاسی سالم فقط زمانی پایدار می‌ماند که هم در ظاهر و هم در باطن حفظ شود. ✅ وظیفه‌ی دستگاه امنیتی فراتر از کنترل مرزها و امنیت فیزیکی است؛ این دستگاه باید محافظ هویت، معنا و فلسفه‌ی وجودی نظام باشد.
