Думаю, конечно, никто им ничего не сказал, много чести секретной информацией делиться. Просто повелели именно в эту дату организовать мероприятие, чтобы потом в новостях показывать, что все правильные русские - на митинге в Берлине, а в России только Путин и военные объекты, больше нет никого.
А я ещё удивлялась, какое идиотское решение с этим митингом иноагентов, зачем давать денег на такое странное и неэффективное мероприятие, ещё и объявили про него как-то внезапно и нелогично. Ан нет, логично. Митинг рабочих Шарикоподшипниковского завода по поводу процесса «Антисоветского троцкистского центра».
