Очень люблю на досуге читать канал моей коллеги-политтехнолога Светы Замарацкой, которая выучилась на коуча и делится книгами, методиками и лайфхаками про технику различных достижений. Я-то сама про то, как поваляться в постели с книжкой и шоколадкой, а не про спорт, рекорды и достигаторство, поэтому, тем более интересно читать. Честно скажу, что после книги «Иди туда, где страшно», о которой узнала из её канала, я завела собаку и взяла ипотеку:)
Света решила выпустить в одном файле-книге лучшие заметки со своего канала, хороший подарок читателям. А я вот решила сделать ей в ответ подарок и пропиарить книжку и канал у себя :)

Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
