В четверг депутаты Мособлдумы приняли в первом чтении законопроект о жестких ограничениях продажи алкоголя в общепите, который расположен во дворах многоквартирных домов. В частности, теперь это будет возможно только два часа в день — с 13:00 до 15:00.
«Законопроект предусматривает, что с 1 марта 2026 года продажа алкогольной продукции в общепите в многоквартирных домах, со входом во двор, будет разрешен только с 13 до 15 часов дня», — сказал председатель комитета Мособлдумы по аграрной политике и потребительскому рынку Сергей Керселян.
