Москвичи, утренний снежок — только начало. В течение дня ожидается ещё — неинтенсивно, но долго. И так практически во всей Центральной России. Всё из-за циклона. Очень быстрого: за сутки он пройдёт от Санкт-Петербурга до Волгограда и Саратова. Постепенно прекращаясь на Западе и уходя в Поволжье.
Продолжится и завтра. А придёт в норму всё лишь пятого числа. В Поволжье будет немного снежка, в ЦФО станет потеплее и поприятнее.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
