По предварительным данным, в республике в прошлом году было произведено более 270 тыс. тонн скота и птицы в живом весе, 254 млн яиц и надоено 952 тыс. тонн молока.
Также животноводы региона настригли свыше 14,5 тыс. тонн шерсти, в том числе 9,2 тыс. тонн тонкорунной и полутонкорунной.
