Согласно новому закону, единовременная выплата в размере 200 тысяч рублей полагается лицам, направленным на службу по контракту или военными комиссариатами Кузбасса для участия в спецоперации на территории Украины, ДНР и ЛНР. Срок их службы при этом должен составлять не менее 120 дней.
