Следователями ГСУ ГУ МВД России по г. Москве возбуждены уголовные дела по признакам преступлений, предусмотренных частью третьей статьи 163 УК РФ.
В результате оперативно-розыскных мероприятий сотрудники Управления «К» МВД России установили местонахождение и задержали владельцев и администраторов данных телеграм-каналов. 50-летний житель Москвы, который вовлек в криминальный бизнес своего сына, а также уроженец города Ульяновска заключены под стражу. В ходе обысков по адресам проживания фигурантов изъяты электронные устройства, записные книжки и другие предметы, имеющие доказательственное значение.
