Волна холода докатилась до юга европейской территории России (ЕТР). 20-градусные морозы минувшей ночью отмечены даже в центральных её областях. Но очередной североатлантический циклон уже несёт на запад ЕТР резкое повышение температуры до оттепели. Уже сегодня в Белоруссии и в Прибалтике, а также в Калининградской области термометры показывают до 7...11°С тепла. Конечно, по пути на восток над заснеженными просторами эта тёплая воздушная масса трансформируется, и в западной части ЕТР в ближайшие двое суток будет чуть прохладнее, чем у соседей. Ожидается до 0...5°С.
