حرف تاجزاده این بود : باید تضاد میان نهادهای انتخابی و انتصابی که از ابتدای انقلاب همواره وجود داشته ، رفع شود تا به سمت حل همه ی مشگلات حرکت کنیم. یعنی (بنظرتاجزاده این) قدم لازم اولیه برای رفع مشگلات ست . این ادعا که همه ی مشگلات کشور صرفا در نبود ولایت فقیه ، رفع میشود پهلوان پنبه است و نبویان با ساختن و زمین زدن آن قصد رد راه حل پیشنهادی تاجزاده را دارد.
حالت منطقی آن بود که نبویان دلایل خود را مطرح کند که این تعارض . ریشه ی مشگلات نیست ، یا بادلایل توضیح دهد اصلا تعارض خاصی در این زمینه وجود ندارد.
