Лесные пожарные продолжают работы по созданию минерализованной полосы протяженностью около пяти километров в районе жд/станции Глубокая Падь. Также прокладывают минполосу вдоль линии ЛЭП. Работают бульдозеры. Общая протяжённость минполос на сегодняшний день составляет 47 км.
Люди работают по периметру пожара. Проводится патрулирование по западной кромке возгорания.
Тушение осложняется сухой и жаркой погодой.
Всего задействовано сотрудников лесопожарного формирования - КГСАУ Забайкаллесхоз, авиапожарные, лесной охраны и добровольцы - 250 человек. Из техники работают автоцистерны, УАЗы, бульдозеры, вахтовка, квадроцикл.
