По нацпроекту «Безопасные качественные дороги» не только занимаемся дорогами, но и обновляем общественный транспорт. Без него сегодня невозможно транспортное развитие агломераций.

С 2020 года в регионы поступило уже порядка 1 500 единиц транспорта. А в этом году еще 383 новых транспортных средства получат автопарки 13 городских агломераций:

🔹334 автобуса – Омск, Волгоград, Челябинск, Пермь, Сочи, Оренбург, Уфа, Улан-Удэ, Владивосток и Рязань;
🔹32 троллейбуса – Брянск и Курск;
🔹17 трамваев – Тула.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
