Гости центра осмотрели учебно-материальную базу, посетив музей военно-морского флота, кабинеты для тренажерной подготовки морских и речных специалистов, кабинеты подготовки по оказанию первой медицинской помощи и подготовки судоводителей маломерного судна, спортивный стрелковый клуб, где смогли попробывать свои навыки в стрельбе из пневматического оружия и классического лука, водолазный полигон и полигон по борьбе за живучесть надводного корабля, где проходили занятия в Береговом учебно-тренажерном центре по отработке практических элементов по заделке пробоин.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
