«Начать можно с улицы Магомеда Ярагского в Махачкале, где и в начале и в конце расположены здания Федеральной налоговой службы. На этом участке должна быть обеспечена публичная прозрачность исполнения налоговых обязательств и выстроен живой механизм популяризации честного бизнеса».
