Постановлением Тверского районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство следователя об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Инаркаева Саидселима Дудаевича, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч 4 ст 159 УК РФ, на срок 27 суток.

В удовлетворении ходатайства обвиняемого и его защитника об избрании меры пресечения в виде домашнего ареста, залога либо запрета определенных действий, суд отказал.
