Согласно законопроекту, для граждан с доходами до 2,4 млн рублей в год ставка НДФЛ останется на уровне 13%.
Однако ставка меняется при доходах выше: • От 2,4 млн до 5 млн рублей налог составит 15%, • От 5 млн до 20 млн рублей — 18%, • От 20 млн до 50 млн рублей — 20%, • Свыше 50 млн рублей в год — 22%.
Повышенный налог будет взиматься с превышения соответствующих порогов.
Кроме того, для малого бизнеса, применяющего упрощенную систему налогообложения (УСН), расширят порог доходов с 265,8 млн до 450 млн руб. Для всех с УСН базовые ставки станут 6 и 15%. А компании на УСН с доходами выше 60 млн руб. в год будут платить налог на добавленную стоимость (НДС) — или по общей ставке 20% с вычетами или по сниженной специальной ставке (5% и 7%).
