در پی حمله وحشیانه صبح امروز رژیم منحوس و جنایتکار صهیونیستی به مناطق مسکونی و نظامی کشور که منجر به شهادت جمعی از هموطنان عزیزمان شد، سرکار خانم شهیده نجمه شمس بخش، فرزند گرامی جناب آقای دکتر مسعود شمس بخش، قائم مقام محترم وزیر علوم، به مقام رفیع شهادت نائل آمد.
وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری ضمن محکومیت این جنایت هولناک، شهادت مظلومانه این بانوی مکرمه را خدمت جناب آقای دکتر شمش‌بخش و خانواده محترم ایشان تبریک و تسلیت گفته و از خداوند متعال برای ایشان علو درجات، و برای بازماندگان و وابستگان ایشان صبر و اجر مسئلت می نماید.

"We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
