Такие траты признаются нецелевыми. В администрации согласились с выводами Контрольно-счетной палаты лишь частично, вернув в бюджет около полумиллиона рублей. Остальные траты мэрия нецелевыми не считает, с претензиями ведомства не согласна и будет их оспаривать.
