Еще раз напоминаю главам территорий, что необходимо быть более чуткими к людям, внимательно относиться к каждому обращению, делать все возможное для решения проблемных ситуаций.
Профильные ведомства уже приступили к рассмотрению каждого из 1708 поступивших в рамках прямой линии обращений. Все они будут находиться на моем контроле.
На следующей неделе я проведу ряд совещаний по самым проблемным темам, обозначенным нашими жителями. Первое из них будет посвящено газо-, электро- и водоснабжению.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
