Сегодня вот на Зои Космодемьянской, 18, ребенок просто качался на качели. Итогом такого, вроде бы, безобидного занятия стал вызов скорой помощи и серьезная травма. Кто будет нести ответственность?
И таких площадок по городу - тьма. Где-то качели оборванны, где-то штыри торчат, где-то дыры в горках…
