В конце текущего года министерство строительства РФ заключит соответствующее соглашение с правительством Ингушетии. В 2025 году республике предоставят субсидию в размере 44, 8 млн руб. , а следующем - 109, 6 млн руб., в 2027 году - 103, 9 млн руб.
Уже подготовлен проект распоряжения кабинета министров региона о создании регионального оператора КРТ. Проект распределения средств из федерального бюджета на реализацию механизма КРТ проходит этап согласования и планируется к утверждению до конца текущего года. Под комплексное развитие территорий уже определен земельный участок в селе Алхасты Сунженского района.
