Закон "о кухаркиных детях" одобрен СФ. И у меня, как у простого крестьянина, далекого от всех этих законов, есть один, возможно немного глупый, но все же вопрос. Что это за волшебное, магическое, отменяющее все что угодно слово - эксперимент? Я искренне не понимаю этой практики, именно с юридической точки зрения. Объясните мне кто-нибудь, как это работает? То есть у нас есть законы, есть Конституция, то есть все то, что никогда и никому нельзя нарушать, и все законы это учитывают. Все вроде бы работает.
Но! Если впереди любого закона, нарушающего все что угодно написать слово "эксперимент", то сразу же становится все можно? А, ну это же эксперимент, тогда ладно, давайте... Я правильно понимаю? А это вообще где-то прописано, или этот "лайфхак" просто стал доброй традицией.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
